Smartphone Users Expect More From Brands

Nearly two-thirds (64%) of British Columbian adults now own a smartphone and are using their device an average of nearly two hours a day. What’s more, 79% expect a good mobile experience from the brands they trust.

Fresh from Insights West and iamota comes the Smartphone Insights Report, packed with details about British Columbians’ ownership, usage and growing reliance on smartphones. Based on 849 interviews with BC adults, conducted June 1-4, 2013, this report offers demographic and attitudinal insights to companies interested in exploring the world of mobile marketing.

We invite you to share in these insights by downloading a free copy of our final presentation pdf, and check out the infographic highlights of the findings below.
