With two degrees of Professional Theatre under her belt, Charlene knows how to truly engage an audience, and how to craft words into something meaningful. Char has studied across Canada and has graduated with Dean’s List status in both John Abbott College’s Professional Theatre Program, where she graduated first of her class, as well as Capilano University’s Musical Theatre Program. She has an extensive background as a copywriter and editor and is excited to step into the new role of Marketing and Qualitative Coordinator at Insights West. Her responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, recruiting for panels and focus groups, running Insights West’s social media profiles, writing various Press Releases and Newsletters, as well as hosting client focus groups.
Char is also an actor, performing on stage and in various film/TV projects of Vancouver! In her spare time, she is a host for podcasts Good Enough To Air and Super Hopped-Up, and a personality for Super Hopped-Up’s YouTube channel. Char’s interests revolve around dogs, video games, dogs, movies, and dogs. When not marketing or performing, you will probably find her on her couch playing video games and binging horror films with her boyfriend.
