Insights West acquires SmartPoint Research focus group facility – reopens as Vancouver Insights Centre

Acquisition ensures marketers and decision-makers still have access to Vancouver’s premier focus group facility.

Vancouver, BC — Insights West is pleased to announce that it has acquired one of Vancouver’s most highly regarded focus group facilities. Originally operated by SmartPoint Research, the state-of-the-art facility has re-opened as Vancouver Insights Centre (www.vancouverinsights.com).

Located in the heart of Yaletown, the centre is ideal for independent moderators, research companies, agencies or end clients who conduct qualitative research such as focus groups or in-depth-interviews. Vancouver Insights Centre is also available for companies looking for a unique space to hold meetings or workshops.

Services available at the centre include facility rental, participant recruitment, senior-level moderation, simultaneous translation, and project management. Participants can be drawn from a variety of sources, including the Your Insights Panel; one of the largest, and freshest panels in BC, including the largest multicultural panel in Western Canada.
