Maggie Wilkins: Maggie oversees the everyday operations as our new Facilities Manager. Her experience as an Executive Assistant, background in corporate travel management, and personable nature serve her well in this role, where she sweats details and anticipates client and participant needs to deliver an experience beyond expectations. We’re thrilled to have her!
Hamilton Room: This unique, living-room style, focus group room accommodates up to 8 guests on stylish couches and lounge chairs. Watch the discussion develop through the extra-large one-way mirror in the west-coast inspired viewing room.
Concierge Service: Our staff is well-equipped to handle all your informational requests. From dinner recommendations and reservations to securing corporate rates on hotels and transportation through our travel partner, we’ve got you taken care of!
Recruiting: Our in-house consumer access panel has surpassed 30,000 Canadians and is the most representative panel of 18-34s, males, and Metro Vancouverites in the province!
